Jetskiing!

breakfast: pancakes & sausage, mmmmm
We hit up "Bargains on the Byway" which consisted of garage sales all along all the highways in south central Nebraska. We hit some in Holdrege and some in Alma throughout the weekend. I of course found a few cool things, and DAD EVEN BOUGHT SOMETHING! He bought a 5 piece camp cookware set.

Zach

Andy

Grandpa Boo got the jetski up and running for us. We all took turns riding. It was a great reminder of why motorcycles, snowmobiles and the like appeal. There is a freeing sensation about the wind blowing through your hair while you speed down open space.

Luke

I figured Andy would be timid and nervous to ride the jetski like last time and like he is with so many things but he absolutely loved it and wanted to ride again and again. Zach was most nervous on it surprisingly since he is a dare devil. He liked riding it but wanted to go certain directions and do certain things. Luke loved wave jumping. he would bounce up and down on the seat and chant "do it again, another one!"

Gage & Grandpa

We also had a good time digging in the sand, building a dam, swimming, rock throwing and hanging in on the beach. Except Gage, he HATED the water and HATED when Grandpa would leave hi site. He rode the jetski too, so did Braden. Braden even requested big sis Kandi take him for a ride. It was fun for all.

Lukie liked the sensation of the sandstone pebbles at the water's edge. He kept rolling in them and squishing his hands through them.

Gage......

By the time the sun went down and the clouds rolled in, we were all happy campers :-)

Who LOVES to Jetski?
